Is there any certain age you feel a woman should not wear her hair long?

Some people say women should wear their hair short(er) as they get older. I'm 34 and still have long hair, I wear it wavy %26amp; down, sometimes up in a messy bun. Do you think it matters as long as they have a style that's tasteful on them?

I hear my wife saying these things all the time. Let me tell you what really matters here and there is no arguing it!

If you are cute, you will be cute with short hair or long hair. If you are cute, you will still be cute with a red shirt or a blue shirt. If you are cute, you will still be cute at 40, 50, 60, and so on. Please do feel pressure by what the 'world' says you should be doing. I know older people who choose to cut their hair because it is easier to manage, not because they feel pressure from the 'world'

Please be yourself and keep your hair long for what ever period of time you want. I am sure you are cute either way.

When/if you cut your hair, please do it on your terms.

Around 40 you should start to shorten your hair. It does make a person look older. I'm not sure why, but I wore my hair longer until I came down with cancer and then cut is shorter so that it would not be so much of a shock when i lost it and every one that didn't know why I had cut my hair just loved it they said it made me look 10 years younger. Ive seen alot of people older with longer hair and doesn't help their facial features. Could be just opinions!
