This question doesn't really belong where you put it, but I'll answer it anyway. White pants with a tank top/spaghetti strap top/babydoll shirt. About the hair, you could put barettes in your hair. Either one barette on the right or left side depending on which side your part is on. If you part it on the left, put the barette on the right and vise versa. You could also part your hair straight down the middle and use two barettes. Now, if you don't want to use anything to hold your hair back, there's always parting the front half of your hair (on top) to one side and part the back half (on top) down the middle. You can also try a zig-zag hairdo. I hope this helps.
